We use low-fat cooking methods more often, e.g. steaming, braising, stewing, etc. Also we use minimum seasonings e.g. less sugar, salt, oil and is based on the principles of the Healthy Eating Pyramid, with cereals as the main ingredient and meat in appropriate amounts. Vegetables, fruit and milk drinks or substitutes are offered every day to assure children's nutritional balance and good health. Breakfast, lunch and refreshments are provided for whole-day classes. Meal times are fixed and menus are displayed for parents' reference.
